Bandit/slash Late Model Bumper

New classes need love too! We have driven the Bandit lm class ourselves, and when we did there wasn't a bumper for it. Most just flipped the stock one upside down, but man did it look bad. Not anymore! We made the perfect fit, and in ALL RUBBER!
